Rate Information
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks only when received 3 weeks prior to arrival date. One night's deposit is required for all reservations.
Cancellation
To receive refunds on reservations, notice must be received 72-hours prior to 4 p.m. on day of check-in. No refunds on early departures.
Special Events Cancellation: Blues Festival (July 15, 16 & 17, 2011) and Lobster Festival (August 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2011) we require 2 weeks (14 days) prior to 4 p.m. on day of check-in.
Lobster Festival (August 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2011) requires 2 night minimum stay.
Room Information
All rooms are non-smoking. We do not allow pets. Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. A fee will be charged for late check-outs.
Rates are based on 1 or 2 people per room and are subject to Maine lodging sales tax. Each additional person charge is $5.00 per night. Children under 16 stay free when staying in same room as parents.
Please note we allow 2 people maximum in a room with 1 bed and 4 people maximum in a room with 2 beds.
Discount
From May 29 – October 31, Schooner Bay offers a 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more, with the exception of the Lobster Festival week (August 3 through August 7, 2011).
