Reservations for 1 night through 4 nights:
To receive refunds on reservations, notice must be received 72 hours prior to 4 p.m. on day of check-in. No refunds on early departures.
Reservations for 5 nights or more:
To receive refunds on reservations, notice must be received 2 weeks (14 days) prior to 4 p.m. on day of check-in. No refunds on early departures.
Special Events Cancellation:
Blues Festival (July 15 & 16, 2017) and Lobster Festival (August 2nd – 6th, 2017) we require 2 weeks (14 days) prior to 4 p.m. on day of check-in. No refunds on early departures.
Lobster Festival (August 2nd – 6th, 2017) requires 2 night minimum stay.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. A fee will be charged for late check-outs.
Rates are based on 1 or 2 people per room and are subject to Maine lodging sales tax. Each additional person charge is $10.00 per night. Children under 16 stay free when staying in same room as parents.
Please note we allow 2 people maximum in a room with 1 bed and 4 people maximum in a room with 2 beds.

From June 1–October 31, Schooner Bay offers a 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more, with the exception of the Lobster Festival week (August 2nd – 6th, 2017).
